Power Line Services Joins PLH Group

Power Line Services, Inc. (PLS) was formed in 2009 as the first step in its objective of establishing a North American energy focused construction and related services business.

In 2012, PLH Group was formed as a holding company to accommodate the diverse construction related companies it owned. PLS, Air2 and Auger are now subsidiaries of PLH along with several pipeline construction, engineering and maintenance companies.
