PREVENT®
The centerpiece of the Power Line Services safety program is PREVENT® – a collection of tools that are designed to integrate safe work practices into every step of our tasks.
This proprietary program puts visual and practical teaching tools into the hands of each employee throughout the entire company, using a QR Code or App that is linked to a short video that can be viewed by personnel at anytime, anywhere.
The program utilizes elements of behavioral and performance-based systems that encourage a questioning attitude. Each employee is allowed to provide functional solutions to situations encountered during each real-life task execution.

PREVENT® is presented to our entire staff at new-employee orientations, and at various times throughout their career at Power Line Services.
Whether a refresher course is needed, or if we are providing on the spot training for new employees, PREVENT® is an excellent Power Line Services companywide safety tool.
